Before checkout
Not sure your workflow is a fit? Email us a one-paragraph description: the workflow type, the tools involved (Zapier, Make, Airtable, your CRM…), and what evidence you could safely export. We’ll tell you honestly whether the audit makes sense for it — including when it doesn’t.
Please don’t send credentials of any kind; we can answer every fit question without them.
After checkout
The intake page lists everything to prepare: screenshots, run history, source and destination exports, known failures, and the workflow owner. If anything on that list is unclear, or you can’t export something, email us before guessing — one short message usually resolves it.

The boundary, one more time
No passwords, API keys, OAuth links, tokens, or payment data — never needed, never accepted. This is an operational reliability audit of one workflow: it checks whether records arrive where they should and what happens when they don’t. Nothing outside that fixed scope.
